Catastrophic rain! Schools will remain closed in Noida tomorrow, a call for Gurugram employees to do ‘work from home’
New Delhi. Time has suddenly taken a turn in Delhi-NCR. Normal life stopped because of the rain. At the same time, in view of the heavy rain warning from the meteorological service, DM gave instructions to close the school in Noida. In view of the heavy rain warning from the Meteorological Service on September 23, District Officer Suhas LY issued instructions to close all council schools from class 1 to class 8 in Gautam Buddha Nagar district.
This information was given by the district school inspector, Dr. Dharamveer Singh. He said that on September 23, all council schools from Grades 1 through 8 in the district will remain closed. Meanwhile, in view of heavy rains in Gurugram on September 23, all corporate offices and private institutions in the district have been asked by employees to work from home to avoid traffic jams and carry out repair works.
Suffice to say that the rain that started on Thursday morning ruined the look of the cyber city by night. There is no longer such a road in the city where the rainwater did not resist. In some areas, drivers faced a lot of trouble due to the accumulation of two to three feet of water. Whether it was Rajiv Chowk or Hero Honda Chowk, there was a traffic jam everywhere.
Significantly, the Hero Honda Flyover on the Jaipur-Delhi Expressway was closed for 6 days due to maintenance work. Due to the rain, this overflight also increased the problem for the drivers. Due to the route diversion, there was a long traffic jam at Hero Honda Chowk. The same condition was also seen at the Delhi-Gurugram border. Long lines of vehicles also formed here. At the same time, people face many traffic problems due to waterlogging in many places.
