Greater Noida: What if you bought a house, took out a loan and gave money to the builder, but you have to go to court to get the house? The same thing happened with Pankaj Thakkar, the apartment buyer of Ajnara Homes Society located in Greater Noida West. In 2010, Pankaj bought the apartment, but after 13 years he had to go to court after getting tired. Let us tell you what it is. Pankaj says now he will fight as far as he has to fight.
Speaking to News18 Local, Pankaj says that on January 3, 2010, I had booked apartment 802 in tower D of Ajnara Homes. In July 2010 itself, 10% of the total cost of the house had to be paid. In January 2011, 80% or about 15 lakhs, I gave the money by taking a home loan. In the year 2015, it was said to give the first possession. But the house was not found at that time. Pankaj says after that in 2018 there was pressure on us to give the remaining 15% money or else a penalty would be imposed.
