Meerut. To make the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence on August 15 special, special preparations are being made these days to hoist the tricolor in every house. In this episode, a mobile application was launched in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh regarding the tricolor campaign in Har Ghar. CDO Shashank Chaudhary launched this app on Saturday. On this occasion, he said that every citizen should install the tricolor at home and register it through the selfie application. Those who have taken the three best selfies will be rewarded on August 15.

Children should also make tricolor at school
Development Director Shashank Choudhary launched Har Ghar Tiranga mobile app in Vikas Bhawan auditorium regarding Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. The CDO had said that even in basic education, children had to make the tricolor at school and hoist it at home. Shashank Chaudhary said there will be community participation through the app. He said every citizen in the district should install the tricolor in their home and register it through the selfie app.

The best selfie will receive a prize
On this occasion, the CDO specified that the 3 best selfies will be rewarded on August 15 on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Independence Day. DPRO Renu Srivastava said prisoners in Meerut District Jail also earned 50,000 tricolors. He said there is a special preparation to celebrate the 75th anniversary of independence. The DPRO said the tricolor should be lit at home with respect. From August 11 to 17, a tricolor campaign will be carried out in each house. A target has been set to hoist the flag in five and a half lakh houses in Meerut. The Project Manager, District Rural Development Agency, District Information Officer and District Youth Welfare were also present.
