The retired ITBP commander filed a complaint with Delhi South West District Police saying he got in touch with a girl via WhatsApp. After that, the video calls started. More than 20 accounts were used for the fraudulent amount
On the victim’s complaint, under the supervision of CPA Ramesh Chanderlamba from Delhi, the police team went through the details of about 200 mobiles and 20 bank accounts.
