IPS Mohammad Imran will be the new registrar of Aligarh Muslim University

Aligarh: A new appointment has been made to Aligarh Muslim University, Uttar Pradesh. Indian Police Service Officer Mohammad Imran (IPS Mohammad Imran) will be the new AMU Registrar. He was appointed as the new Registrar by delegation for a period of two years. He is a 2011 Batch IPS Officer of the Indian Police Service. Mohammad Imran is currently serving as SP Railway in Jhansi. In the past, he held various senior positions in the police, including the state DGP office.

IPS Mohammad Imran has served in the police service for over 11 years. He was awarded DG Commendation Disc Silver-2018 and DG Commendation Disc Silver-2019 in Policing. Are experts in the mutual management and development of talents and resources. He holds an Honors BA in English Literature and an MA in International Business through the MIB course. Recently, at the end of IPS Abdul Hameed’s tenure as Registrar, in his place Prof. Ejaz Masood was nominated. From now on, Mohammad Imran will take office in his place. Abdul Hameed was the Registrar here from 2018 to 2022.
