In this case, government lawyer Brijesh Shukla said that on June 10, 2021, a report was filed against a young resident of Subhash Nagar in Gursahaiganj Kotwali of Kannauj district, in which a man abducted his 6-year-old daughter and accused him. of rape.
It was said in the Tahrir that the girl was playing outside the house. Meanwhile, the young man had taken the girl with him with the bait of Rs 20 and caramel, after which on the morning of June 11, the girl was found unconscious in a blood-soaked cornfield outside from the village. After hearing all the arguments on Thursday, he sentenced the defendant to life imprisonment and a fine of 1 lakh 11 thousand.
