Sumit Sharma, Kanpur: The legal noose is tightening on SP MLA Irfan Solanki of Kanpur, UP. On Monday, MPMLA special court judge Satyendra Nath Tripathi brought charges against five people including MP Irfan Solanki and his brother Rizwan in the Jajmau arson case. MP Irfan Solanki was introduced from Maharajganj prison via video conference. On the other hand, the defendants housed in Kanpur prison were brought before the court.

What was the problem?

Police had accused Irish MP Irfan Solanki, his brother Rizwan Solanki, MP Ijrai Atte Wala’s henchmen, Shaukat Ali, Mohammad Sharif in the action of the gangster. Irfan was made the leader of this gang. Three other names have been extended by police in the Gangster Act case. Former Councilor Mannu Rahman, Mursleen aka Bholu, Mo Ajjan has been charged in the Gangster Act.
