Kanpur Police to start confiscating Irfan Solanki’s property from Saturday

Sumit Sharma, Kanpur: Police are tightening their grip on SP MLA Irfan Solanki of Kanpur, UP. Police have identified 6 properties worth 25 crores of MP Irfan Solanki. The action to confiscate the MP’s property will begin from Saturday. Along with this, MP Irfan Solanki, his brother Rizwan and others accused Mohd. The MP-MLA Sessions Court will deliver its verdict on Sharif’s release request on February 17.

Gangster actions have been taken against Irfan Solanki, including setting fire to the hut built on the disputed land, traveling by air with a fake Aadhaar card, giving a certificate to a Bangladeshi citizen, demanding extortion, by occupying 400 meters of land from the businessman from Maurang, in indecency with the Is police. In the past two months, 6 complaints have been filed against Irfan Solanki. With this, the number of cases against Irfan rose to 17. Police had accused MP Irfan Solanki, his brother Rizwan Solanki, henchmen of MP Ijrai Atte Wala, Shaukat Ali, Mohammad Sharif in the action of the gangster. Irfan was made the leader of this gang.

Irfan’s property marked

Under the Gangster Act, the police began the process of confiscating the assets. Police removed the register of six properties of Irfan from KDA, including two plots in Swarna Jayanti Vihar extension, one plot in wife’s name, one 300 square meter plot in Ghaziabad authority, one apartment each in Greater Noida and Mumbai. Police had earlier seized Shaukat Pehalwan’s apartment in Hilal Compound, which had 27 apartments, and Shaukat’s son Shekhu’s apartment under construction in a civilian row.

Hearing on the allegation on February 17

MP Irfan Solanki, his brother Rizwan Solanki and another defendant Mohd. Sharif had applied for release. The hearing was held on Wednesday before the court of the sessions of the deputy-deputy. After hearing arguments from both sides, the court set February 17 as the date for the verdict.
