Ayodhya: Ayodhya’s Saket Dairy was operated on a cooperative basis, which is now called Parag Dairy Ayodhya. Since the installation of the new processing plant in this dairy, milk production capacity has more than doubled. Ashish Kumar Srivastava, General Manager of Parag Dairy, gave detailed information on various technical and production advancements of the dairy.

He said with the construction of the Ram Temple, the way the crowds are increasing here, the demand for milk is also expected to increase significantly. New production technologies will also be used for this. Preparation has also started on this. Ayodhya’s Parag Dairy is setting up a new USP plant, which will allow it to store milk pouches for 90 days. At the same time, the expansion of its offer will also affect remote districts.

The supply capacity and employment opportunities of dairy committees associated with Ayodhya Dairy will increase. He said the new factory is fully automatic, which is controlled from one place by computer. Each committee’s milk supply is levied on the carat of milk through the control factory. After that, it passes through the plants of different sections. It doesn’t open anywhere. For this reason, no type of bacterial infection occurs on it.

He informed that milk, curd, whey, ghee, rasgulla, peda kheer etc. are produced in the dairy. 35,000 liters of milk are produced daily in the Ayodhya division. Although there is a shortage of technical personnel, efforts are underway to increase production. Efforts are also being made to connect more and more farmers with the aim of involving more and more farmers in the dairy sector and doubling their income. The districts of Gonda and Basti Mandal will also be linked to the dairy.
