Muslim Boarding School (Muslim Hostel) is one of the main boys hostels in Allahabad University. It was established in 1892 by Jang Bahadur Maulana Samiullah Khan to promote education in the Muslim community in the region. Sadaqat Khan was illegally living in room number 36 of this hostel. The Muslim boarding school was sealed in a major police action today.
Police had also raided the hostel earlier
In September last year, when there was talk of Atiq’s henchmen staying at the Muslim hostel, the police raided with force. However, the police called it an action to expel illegal students. On the other hand, due to today’s action, the hosts who caused chaos in the hostel fled after closing their rooms. The superintendent of the Muslim boarding school at Allahabad University said that the authorities ordered us to leave the premises of the hostel. The students were asked to go home. He said he would be called back when the situation normalized.
