Noida. Taking major action, the Noida Authority has sealed Tower-31 of Sector-100 of Cloud-9 Project Pvt Ltd (Lotus Espacia). The builder has an outstanding amount of Rs 81 crore 55 thousand 184. This balance is of the cost of the plot. The tower is unsold and an approximately 12-story structure has been erected.

According to authority officials, notices have repeatedly been issued to the builder to file the duties. On February 7, his case was filed with CEO Noida Authority. On which sealing was authorized. It was said that not a single review was answered by the builder. In such a situation, the authority sealed the tower under construction in GH-02 in sector-100.

The ground floor plus 36 floors were to be built
This tower was to consist of ground floor plus 36 floors. The allotment is from the year 2008 and so far the construction of the tower could not be completed. Two apartments for a total of 74 apartments were to be built on each floor, the area of which is 4200 square feet. These luxury apartments were to be built, but due to land rights, the authority sealed off this tower. At the same time, the authority broke three illegal kiosks built in the Palm Society of sector-168. These were made illegally. Please say that the builder has an outstanding balance of Rs 81 crore 55 thousand 184. This balance is of the cost of the plot.
