On Holi day, most people go to their homes and loved ones to play and meet Holi. In such a situation, most people use the subway. In this regard, Ritu Maheshwari, MD of NMRC (Noida Metro Rail Corporation) has made a change regarding the metro time period regarding passengers traveling on the metro on Holi day.
NMRC (Noida Metro Rail Corporation) Spokesperson and Secretary Nisha Wadhawan told NBT Online that on Holi day, services from the Metro and Aqua Line terminal stations will start from 2 p.m. passengers traveling by metro. Nisha Wadhawan further said that on Holi Day i.e. March 8, terminal stations of all subway lines and Aqua Line services will remain closed from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. All services for metro commuters will continue as normal from 2 p.m.
Let us tell you that usually Noida Metro train services start from 6am to 10:45pm. The first train leaves from 6:00 a.m. Monday to Saturday and from 8:00 a.m. on Sunday. Apart from this, the Noida Metro train starts its journey at 10 p.m. and reaches the last station at 10:45 p.m.
