Feelkhana Kotwali police of Kanpur Police on Friday sealed the property of Irfan Solanki at Madhuban Bapu Dham Yojna in Ghaziabad but could not seal the property of Greater Noida which is a 12th floor apartment in the ‘Express Park View Apartment, because Irfan Solanki sold this apartment to someone named Gaurav Gupta in 2022.

Reportedly, a case of Gangster Act has been registered against SP MLA Irfan Solanki of Kanpur. There are many serious allegations against the SP MP. Currently, Kanpur MLA Irfan Solanki of the SP party is incarcerated in Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh. His property worth crores has already been seized. In March 2017, a plot of approximately 300 square meters was registered in the name of Irfan Solanki and his wife Naseema Solanki in the Madhuban Bapudham project of Ghaziabad. However, this land is still vacant. Its cost is around Rs 5 crore. On Friday, the 5-member police team from Kanpur arrived in Ghaziabad for the first time and sealing action was taken under Section 14A on plot number C-35.

Kanpur City Feelkhana Kotwali Inspector Sudhir Kumar Singh says a case has been filed against Irfan Solanki and his other accomplices under UP Gangster Act 156/22 at Jajmau Police Station, Kanpur Nagar. Of which they have the interpretation. After which a five-member team including Inspector Sunil Kumar, Sub-Inspector Vivek Sharma, a Chief Constable and two Kanpur Police officers arrived on Friday night to seal the tower flat. V-1201 of Express Park View Apartment located at Sector -CHI-V, Greater Noida. . For now, the Kanpur police had to come back from here empty-handed. When Kanpur Police arrived at the scene, Kanpur Police learned that apartment V-1201 was already occupied by Gaurav Gupta’s family, after which Kanpur Police returned without taking any action to seal the apartment.
