Deputy Commissioner of Police Gautam Budh Nagar (Traffic) Ganesh Prasad Saha said on Tuesday that there will be no traffic movement within 250 meters of the tower demolition, so we have decided to stop the movement of traffic on the Noida- Greater Noida Expressway for half an hour. Saha said during this period traffic will be diverted near the Mahamaya flyover. Traffic police will guide commuters to take the Dadri-Surajpur-Chhalera (DSC) road. To reach Surajpur and Greater Noida, they can also take Golf Course Road to reach Sector 71 (Noida), Greater Noida West and Greater Noida.

Similarly, commuters heading to Noida will be advised to take the DSC route or the Greater Noida West route stopping at Pari Chowk. Ganesh Prasad Saha said there is less traffic during public holidays, that’s why we chose Sunday. He said we have delegated a traffic inspector for this. The traffic inspector will oversee all of this movement and give every update to the officials. Traffic police advised commuters to plan their trip accordingly. The DCP said that on the 21st, people can take the Aqua metro to avoid inconvenience.
