srikant tyagi booked in another case illegally using government name and logo on his car



Naida: The troubles of Shrikant Tyagi who committed indecency with a woman in Noida, Uttar Pradesh is about to increase. Besides the abuse and assault cases, another FIR was filed against Tyagi. Reportedly, an FIR has been filed against Shrikant Tyagi for writing UP government on the car in a fictitious manner and using the UP government logo. A case has been registered against Tyagi at Noida Phase-2 Police Station under Sections 419, 420 and 482.

Note that on Friday, a video of Shrikant Tyagi went viral on social media. In this video, Tyagi is seen abusing and mistreating a woman. The case gained momentum after the video went viral on social media. Shrikant Tyagi described himself as a BJP affiliate in his Twitter bio. In such situation, people also targeted BJP regarding Tyagi. After the case was aired on Twitter, all the top BJP leaders including CM Yogi Adityanath, JP Nadda, Amit Shah got to know about the case.

A complaint was filed against Tyagi at the police station. Noida Police also managed to arrest him but before that he escaped. The police arrested 4 people, including his wife, for questioning. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, former Union Minister and MP Mahesh Sharma also reached out to Omaxe company in Noida. He met the female victim and assured her that within 48 hours Noida Police would catch Tyagi. Sharma also clarified that Tyagi has nothing to do with the BJP.
