Government of Uttar Pradesh MSME Minister Rakesh Sachan and his two organizations Abhinav Seva Sansthan and Seema Seva Sansthan have 72 registered plots in Fatehpur mini industrial zone. They were awarded in 2012. Satendra Singh, the Chairman of Complainant Laghu Udyog Bharti’s Fatehpur had informed the whole matter by sending a letter to the Principal Secretary. Satendra had said that the initial 10% security money given for the land had also not been deposited by the two organisations. After the revelation of the case, the Department of Industries, after internal investigation, decided to cancel the allotments.
After the matter came to light, Rakesh’s father, Uday Narayan Sachan, sent a letter to Deputy Commissioner Industries on behalf of both organizations. The letter claimed that after the April 26, 2012 allocation, it was first said on February 15, 2023 that plots had been allocated to the institution. The full cost of the land was to be filed in 15 days according to the May 2012 award letter, but the award itself was not known. Objected that the process of canceling the award was started in 15 days for not fulfilling the award conditions, then why a letter was issued to deposit 10% security money after 10 years. The prices of the plots have gone from Rs 105 to Rs 880, the organization has therefore decided to sell the allocated plots. At the same time, action can be taken against the officers who have been stationed in Fatehpur for the past 10 years in this matter. It is claimed that he did not take the matter to the elderly and took no action.
