10 other gang members arrested
The police exposed the gang that stole the railroad wires. Police arrested 10 other defendants involved in the gang, Udal Bind, Manoj alias Tewari, Murga Bind, Ramterash alias Lakhander, Ankit Pandey, Shankar Jaiswal, Rajan Kori, Naman Kasera, Shrijal Kesarwani, Manoj Kesari and sent them to jail.
Police recovered 107 kg of copper wire
The police team had received information that the stolen wire was hidden in Lanka Hill. Thereupon the team raided and recovered 107 kg of copper wire, 50,000 740 rupees in cash, a vehicle without license plate, 5 illegal 315 caliber pistols, five live cartridges and other items .
Yarns imported from abroad
The copper wires used in the railway department are imported from abroad, which is very expensive. The gang members took the copper wire from many places including Gopalpur village, Lakhmapur, Ranibari, Barkachha and Jigna. Where traders were about to sell Shankar Jaiswal, Rajan Kori, Naman Kasera and Sanjay Kesarwani who were captured.
SP donated 25,000 rewards to the team
The SP presented a reward of Rs 25,000 to the team of Inspector in charge campaign Kotwali Vipin Singh, Inspector in charge Kachwan Ramswaroop Verma, Inspector in charge SOG Satyendra Kumar Yadav and SWAT officer Rajesh G Choubey , who stopped the disbelievers.
