It is said that in this case, where a complaint was filed against five including the PRO of Kashi Vishwanath Temple on behalf of the devotees of Chowk Police Station, on behalf of the servants, it was filed with the CEO of Shri Kashi Temple of Vishwanath.

In the complaint, the military also accused the police. It is alleged that the police were present at the time of the incident but did not cooperate.
