Britain’s post-Brexit deal with the European Union “provides a new stability and a new certainty”, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Thursday, adding that UK-EU relations had sometimes become “fractal and difficult”.
“We will be your friends, your allies, your supporters and really never let it become your number one market,” he said at a press conference announcing the agreement.
